Cannot restore a subscription from backup: System user update is failed: The user johndoe already exists

is this already included in Obsidian Plesk
    Version 18.0.28 Update # 1 ???

We see a lot of bugs in the system restore, we experienced 3 X failed to restore, there is no website, or there is no email user.
We currently postpone moving to Windows Server 2016.
But in Cpanel it's easy to restore from backup and there are no bugs.

    Thanks you.

    Hello Support

The bug in question is planned to be fixed later.

    As for errors you've reported.

    1. Failed deployment of mail user - for some reason Plesk utility mailmng  is unable to configure mailbox properties.

    2. Looks like a database inconsistency. Possibly, there were previous restore processes interrupted.

Both issues are to be investigated additionally.

Feel free to contact Plesk Support.
