- If an SSL certificate has been changed, it is not returned by the web server, and the old one is used instead.
New domains and subscriptions return Plesk Default Page.
If an IP address has been added recently, domains assigned to it return the following error:
plesk repair web example.comcommand fails with the following error:

nginx service status is reported as follows:
# service nginx status
nginx dead but pid file exists
- When an attachment is tried to be uploaded via webmail, the following error appears in
CONFIG_TEXT: [error] 26695#0: *5393695 client intended to send too large body: 1100071 bytes
Stuck nginx process cannot receive a reload signal from Plesk.
Connect to the server via SSH.
Kill all nginx processes:
# killall nginx
Start nginx back:
# service nginx start
