Symptoms

Plesk installation or update fails with one of the following errors:
CONFIG_TEXT: ERROR: There is no product with the ID 'plesk' at the installation source.
CONFIG_TEXT: ERROR: There is no release with ID 'PLESK_XX_X_XX' of product 'plesk' at the installation source.

Manual installation is interrupted with the following message:
CONFIG_TEXT: Installation will not continue because of your operating system
"'Centos' 'Linux' '6 .4 '' x86_64 '" is not supported.
Please see the Plesk release notes for the full list of
supported operating systems.
Cause
An unsupported Operating System is installed on the server.
Resolution
Consider dist-upgrading your OS or migrate to a new server with one of the currently supported Operating Systems as per the following list.

for what it's worth, it appears that Ubuntu 16.04 is both on the linked supported list https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/onyx/software-requirements/#s2-1
and the deprecated list

probably need to update that first page.
