Symptoms
- PHPMyAdmin version 4.8.4 is used on the server.
- SQL export option is not available on a table-level (Domains > example.com > Databases > example_db > phpMyAdmin > example_table > Export):
- On the database level, export SQL option works as expected.

PHPMyAdmin bug: https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/issues/14775.
Resolution
Apply the solution described in 9511484:
On Windows
%plesk_dir%admin\htdocs\domains\databases\phpMyAdmin\libraries\classes\Display\Export.php
On Linux
/usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/libraries/classes/Display/Export.php
# cp usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/libraries/classes/Display/Export.php usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/libraries/classes/Display/Export.php.bk
