Can't connect MSSQL database under Tools&Settings > Database servers with the following error:
Failed to connect to the database server: SQLSTATE: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server]SSL Provider: The client and server cannot communicate, because they do not possess a common algorithm.
The following error appears in
ERR [panel] Failed to listen on "tcp://127.0.0.1:8881": An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
MySQL server is in a stopped state in Plesk Services Monitor. In an attempt to start it, the following error is provided:
The client and server cannot communicate, because they do not possess a common algorithm. (Error code 2148074289) as Start service MSSQL$MSSQLSERVER2014 at (service::startStopService line 997).
The domain using this MSSQL server is not accessible with:
[Win32Exception (0x80004005): The system cannot find the file specified]
[SqlException (0x80131904): A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)]
