SpamAssassin configured in Plesk shows the messages in log: connect to spamd on ::1 failed, retrying (#1 of 3): Connection refused

    This has occurred upon fresh install of Plesk Obsidian on all of our CentOS 8 servers. The solution above works to resolve it, but shouldn't the fresh install do that for us?

     

    Also: spamassassin logs to /var/log/messages rather than /var/log/maillog

    filename shall be spamassassin-spamc.rc
