Plesk shows warning message: You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license

    My Plesk Licence failed to update due to a tech problem at my supplier (though it has been paid a few days back).

     

    Now there's a notification as above showing for customer and reseller accounts. I am getting worried emails from customers, wondering if I am going out of business.

    I always thought this should only be visible to admins?

    How do I hide this notification from customers and resellers?

    Hello @David Relich,

    It's possible to update Plesk license at Tools & Settings > License Management > Retrive Keys

    If it's not possible due to some please issue please submit a ticket to us or Plesk Partner(if license key was purchased from Partner) according to

    This notification is visible for all Resellers, Clients and can not be hidden for them.

    Thanks but that is not really a solution, is it? My Plesk Partner is slow to respond to tickets and until they do, my clients bombard me with emails.

    Can it not be done so it shows to admin only for the first two or three days and then it can show to all? It would deal with those who abuse the grace period while those who pay the licence on time are spared from the bad looks of their clients when things get wrong.

    Thank you for your feedback. It is not possible to make the warning behave in such a way. I would recommend creating a feature request with your suggestion in Plesk User Voice https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions. If it becomes popular it can be considered for future Plesk versions.
