    Does it apply only to cases with "Use FTPS" enabled in FTP(S) Storage Settings?

    I have it disabled, but still received such error.

    Hello Joe

    In this article one of the possible causes is described.

    In general, it means that Plesk has issues with accessing files on FTP storage.

    Also, there was a bug on Plesk Onyx, try installing Plesk Obsidian if it's not in use.

    If the issue will persist, feel free to submit a support request.
