    Does it apply only to cases with "Use FTPS" enabled in FTP(S) Storage Settings?

    I have it disabled, but still received such error.

    Hello Joe

    In this article one of the possible causes is described.

    In general, it means that Plesk has issues with accessing files on FTP storage.

    Also, there was a bug on Plesk Onyx, try installing Plesk Obsidian if it's not in use.

    If the issue will persist, feel free to submit a support request.

    Hello,

    As result of an warning backup may not be created properly.
    It is recommended to apply workaround and re-create a backup:
    1. Execute command below to open /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/panel.ini:
    plesk conf panel.ini
    2. Add the following line into [pmm] section:

    • In case the remote FTP storage supports TLS of 1.2 version:
    ftpMaxTlsVersion = 12
    • In case the remote FTP storage supports TLS of 1.1 version:
    ftpMaxTlsVersion = 11
