- Plesk for Linux
Creating a subdomain sub.example.com or restoring the example.com domain from a backup results in the following error shown in GUI:
PLESK_ERROR: Error: Unable to configure LogRotation: Unable to turn off log rotation because it is forced on the server level
#PPPM-11930 "It is now possible to create a subdomain of a disabled domain if the “Force daily log rotation for all domains” server setting is turned on."
- Plesk Obsidian 08 June 2021 (Linux)
Until the bug is fixed, apply one of the following workarounds:
Disable the option Force daily log rotation for all domains in Tools & Settings > Server Statistics Settings.
Go to Domains > example.com and select Activate.
