Git extension is installed on the server
Remote Git hosting like GitHub or Bitbucket is set in Plesk > Domains > example.com > Git
Gitlab instance is located in the local network with FQDN email@example.com
Git extension cannot access Git repository with FQDN over SSH with the following error message displayed:
PLESK_ERROR: The string "firstname.lastname@example.org" is not a Git URL.
This is a Plesk bug with ID #EXTGIT-75 which is planned to be fixed in one of the future Git extension updates.
Until the bug is fixed do not use TLD like .local, .lan, .localnet etc. in the Git repository address.
