I ordered a license in Plesk Online Store before March 15, 2016 and had access to https://shop.plesk.com/login. Now, the license has expired and https://shop.plesk.com/login is not accessible. Why has this happened and how to resolve this issue?
Your license was ordered in our old Online Store (https://shop.plesk.com/login) which has been in smooth shutdown process since November 22, 2016.
Since November 22, 2016, we have made several attempts to reach you and inform you about the upcoming shutdown of old Online Store and the ways how you could transfer your license subscription(s) to new Online Store system.
On December 10, 2018, the old Online Store has been finally shut down. Your license subscriptions that have not been transferred to our new Online Store by December 10, 2018 have been closed, and as a result the associated licenses have become expired.
To resolve this issue now, we recommend you to contact Plesk Sales Team, who will help you to get new licenses ordered in the new Plesk Online Store.
