Question
How to add PTR record to Cloud Server with installed Plesk to avoid sent emails being bounced or marked as spam?
Answer
PTR record should be created in your Dashboard on a corresponding cloud management console.
- Plesk on Amazon EC2.
- Plesk on Amazon Lightsail.
Note: For security reasons, Lightsail limits outbound messages through port 25 by default. However, you can request AWS Support to remove this limit from your account and configure reverse DNS for your static IP.
- Plesk on Microsoft Azure.
- Plesk on Alibaba Cloud.
- Plesk on Google Cloud Platform.
- Plesk on Vultr.
- Plesk on Hetzner
- Plesk on DigitalOcean.
DigitalOcean will automatically configure a PTR record for the droplet's IP address as long as you set a fully qualified domain name (FQDN) as the droplet's name.

Just a suggestion but for Plesk Instances hosted by 1&1 IONOS the guide to set up the reverse DNS is here: https://www.ionos.co.uk/help/server-cloud-infrastructure/accordions-to-plesk-panel/setting-up/configuring-mail-servers-in-plesk-part-2-of-4/
