On attempt to sync customer's subscription in Subscriptions > example.org > Unlock & sync, following error without any details is displayed:
PLESK_INFO: Synchronization Failed
The subscription is provided by the reseller, and can be found in Resellers > <reseller_name> > Customers > <customer_name> > Subscriptions
The reseller has Overselling forbidden in Service Plans > Reseller Plans > <reseller_plan>, or in Resellers > <reseller_name> > Customize
On attempt to sync the subscription using CLI the proper error is displayed:
# plesk bin subscription --unlock-subscription example.org
The subscription example.org was unlocked.
# plesk bin subscription --sync-subscription example.org
Unable to accept the template: the following limitations are exceeded.

Following error can be found in the
CONFIG_TEXT: ERR  PHP User Warning: Exception caught during form rendering.
Message: Unknown plan property name: overuse_block

Insufficient reseller resources. Improper error reporting in GUI is a bug with ID #PPPM-4331, which will be fixed in the future updates.
