- Plesk for Linux
- Migration of the subscription fails with error:
PLESK_ERROR: Failed to convert clients and subscriptions
Cause: Failed to find subscription 'example.com' in backup file
That is a critical error, migration was stopped.
On the source server, backup of this subscription fails with error:
PLESK_ERROR: Database mydatabase, type mysql is skipped from backup due to error: Can't use string ("") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at /usr/local/psa/PMM/agents/PleskX/DAL.pm line 963.
Error: mysql "mydatabase"
Cannot connect to mysql 192.0.2.2:3306 (database 'mydatabase')
Remote database server "192.0.2.2" is not accessible from the source Plesk server:
# telnet 192.0.2.2 3306
telnet: connect to address 192.0.2.2: No route to host
Plesk bug with ID PMT-4560, which will be fixed in the future versions of Plesk.
As a workaround:
- If databases should be migrated, repair connection issues on source to the remote database server:
- If databases are not required - remove all databases and database users of this subscription:
