Web statustic is not updated on the server sometimes;
The following error message appears in

With enabled Plesk debug logging the following error can be found in
CONFIG_TEXT: Error: The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at copy file C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\PrivateTemp\ff4D53A.tmp to C:\Inetpub\vhosts\example.com\logs\iis\W3SVC468\web20181120062033804.log

A temporary log file is removed before processing. The issue is considered as Plesk bug with ID PPPM-9706.
Connect to the server via RDP;
Download the file with patch from attachment to the server;
Unzip the file content to the
