Email client Outlook or Thunderbird does not move a message to Sent folder
The message is sent and received however the following behavior can be seen:
In Thunderbird the email sending sending process gets stuck with the message "Copying message to sent folder"
In Outlook the sent email temporarily appears in the outbox folder and it is not possible to check outgoing messages
/var/qmail/mailnames/example.com/test/Maildir/.Sent/is not created in the server:
# ls -las /var/qmail/mailnames/example.com/johndoe/Maildir/.Sent/
ls: cannot access /var/qmail/mailnames/example.com/johndoe/Maildir/.Sent/: No such file or directory

Upgrade to the latest stable Plesk version.
As workaround to create a "Sent" folder manually:
In Outlook client go to Account settings;
Double-click on an account name;
In appeared window click More Settings:
In a new window click on Advanced tab an insert "Inbox" as Root folder path:
In Thunderbird client right-click on mailbox name and choose New Folder...:
In appeared window enter "Sent" and in field Create as a subfolder of: choose the mailbox itself:
