The following error occurs in Plesk when trying to update kernel via KernelCare:
PLESK_ERROR: Updates already downloaded
insmod: ERROR: could not insert module /var/cache/kcare/modules/none-a01f43d85378dd2d62a009a6ba692314e569bf91/kcare.ko: Required key not available
Unable to load kmod (/var/cache/kcare/modules/none-a01f43d85378dd2d62a009a6ba692314e569bf91/kcare.ko 1)
Cause
Secure boot (UEFI) is used. KernelCare does not support UEFI (Secure Boot) and Signing Kernel Modules.
Resolution
There are 2 options:
- Disable secure boot
- or sign the /usr/lib/modules/3.10.0-1062.4.1.el7.x86_64/extra/kcare.ko by your own.
For assistance, please contact the system administrator.

Hello Dariusz Ciszewski,
It is a general message that points to the inability to update some package(s). There is not enough information to determine the exact cause.
I suggest you open a request to the Technical Support in order to check the issue further.
