If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following
workaround
Log in to Plesk and reload Grafana status in Extensions > Grafana > Reload status.
If an exclamation mark symbol is shown, click Restart integration.
If the issue still persists, check the article Advanced Monitoring shows an error: login.OAuthLogin(missing saved state)

Does not work, restart integration.
I will assume that the grafana service has a problem with Google API.
I Have same problem in different server based on Plesk.
Hi,
No exclamation mark, but reloading the status didn't solve this issue for me.
Practically I can't use advanced monitoring at all.
And the tabs Services/Memory/CPU display an almost-blank section with the only error saying my IP "redirected you too many times."
Any suggestions on how to investigate this further?
Thanks,
Gabor Lippert
I'm currently experiencing this bug in one of my servers and restarting the integration hasn't helped. Uninstalling both Grafana and Advanced Monitoring didn't help either. What should I do?
This did not work for me. After restarting the integration I get a green checkmark, but when going to Advance Monitoring I'm getting the error.
domain.com redirected you too many times.
I've uninstalled re-installed and modified the panel.ini with required added params. Even rebooted the server, it's not working.
Log in to Plesk and reload Grafana status in Extensions > Grafana > Reload status.
If an exclamation mark symbol is shown, click Restart integration.
Have tried this and end up getting a The page isn't redirecting properly error afterwards.
Presumably this is a bug caused by the updates released in the last 24 hours?
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.27
I restart integration and the green but Advanced monitoring don't work.
Hello Everyone,
Quite recently we've had a bug caused by Grapana packages update: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013841400
The fix is already released. Please, make sure that you have Grafana 1.1.5 installed. For instructions see the "Updating" section: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000180213
In case the issue will remain after Grafana update and restarting the integration, there's a possibility that Advanced Monitoring installation is corrupted.
To resolve this issue:
Connect to the server via SSH
Remove Grafana and Advanced Monitoring extensions
# plesk bin extension -u grafana
# plesk bin extension -u monitoring
Install Advanced Monitoring:
# plesk bin extension -i monitoring
Note: Grafana will be installed alongside with Advanced Monitoring.
I had the same error messages mentioned. ("OAuth Login error" and "redirected too many times").
The advises to reintegrate the extension and/or uninstall and reinstall the extensions doesn't help at all.
The only working solution for me (after Plesks Grafana 7.0 and Grafana extension 1.1.5 update) is clearing the browser cookies! After clearing the cookies, the OAuth login error is gone and the Advanced Monitoring ist working again.
There should be a note, that local browsers cache/cookies is involved in the login/integration process between grafana and the advance monitoring extension in Plesk. I would never have thought that this would not take place entirely on the server.
Hey Ivan Postnikov, I posted two comments about how I was still having issues even after updating to the latest version of everything, and removing and reinstalling things several times, which didn't work either.
But it was this thread https://talk.plesk.com/threads/advanced-monitoring-stopped-working-after-grafana-7-0-0-update-ubuntu-centos.356694/ that gave me the correct solution: clearing the browser cookies.
So I deleted my comments, but the solution in my case was simply this, after seeing Grafana's logs about user token not found or something.
Hello.
I remove Grafana and Advanced Monitoring extensions an reinstall monitoring.
After restart integration the server response is the same.
I didn't see Grafana update in extensions update.
Grafana version: 1.1.5-163
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.27 (Wordpress edition)
For us is important to monitor the server, could you find other solution?
Thanks in advance.
I ran the above suggestion of uninstalling & reinstalling from the command line and still ran into the same problem.
login.OAuthLogin(missing saved state)
Hi Ivan,
I have 2 servers out of four affected by this bug. They are both patched. I just tried uninstalling Grafana and Advanced Monitoring on the Windows server that's affected. The same issue occurs when they are reinstalled. Advanced Monitoring just doesn't load, and if I try and open the Grafana extension I get a message "The page isn't redirecting properly
An error occurred during a connection to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."
This doesn't look like a fixed bug, I'm afraid to say.
To be absolutely sure, I tried the workaround here too: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013841400
Same result. Grafana broken and no server monitoring.
Grafana may be lovely, but I never had any issues with Plesk's old monitoring.
That´s not working either.
Ivan: your suggestion does nothing. Same error
Ivan Postnikov I tried your resolution, removing and reinstalling, but still have the same issue.
Hello everyone,
Judging by the fact that previous suggestions didn't help, try deleting browser cookies.
This is bug EXTPLESK-1868
It already helped to Denis Gomes Franco, Alexander Ihrig and to couple of other clients in support requests.
Joan Albert Brad T Brendon Mills Dennis Rahmen Pandy Legend Scott please, try this solution.
Removing cookies worked for me. Thanks.
Yep - removing cookies has sorted the problem. Thanks Ivan.
Yes, working again! Thanks.
