Some WordPress instances are not shown in Access to apps menu of the Home > Users > tab [User Roles] > Application User.
These instances were installed via Install Wordpress button or WordPress toolkit.
Currently, this is expected behavior.
This issue is also registered as #EXTWPTOOLK-1986 to possible adjust this behavior in future.
WordPress Toolkit installs WordPress directly from wordpress.org and not from Application Catalog, therefore such WordPress installations are not visible as 'Applications'.
