Hi, I've found a solution to use additional ip's with Network Manager on Debian 9 and Plesk 18 in OVH dedicated server.

The network config is in folder:

    /etc/systemd/network/

The network config file is in this folder and it's 50-default.network or similar

    First I've made a dir /etc/systemd/network/50-default.network.d/

Inside this folder create a new file: # nano additional-ips.conf

    - Content of additional-ips.conf:

    [Match]

Name = eno1         (This is the name of my ethernet interface, it can be different)

    [Address]

Address = XX.XX.XX.XXX         (This is failover IP 1)

Address = YY.YY.YY.YYY          (This is failover IP 2)

    etc.....

After save this file execute: # systemctl restart networking.service

Then go to /etc/network/ and make or edit this file: # nano interfaces

    - Inside the file:

    auto eno1:1
    iface eno1:1 inet static
    address XX.XX.XX.XXX                (XX.XX.XX.XXX is failover IP 1)
    netmask 255.255.255.255
    post-up /sbin/ifconfig eno1:1 XX.XX.XX.XXX netmask 255.255.255.255 broadcast XX.XX.XX.XXX
    pre-down /sbin/ifconfig eno1:1 down

    auto eno1:2
    iface eno1:2 inet static
    address YY.YY.YY.YYY                  (YY.YY.YY.YYY is failover IP 2)
    netmask 255.255.255.255
    post-up /sbin/ifconfig eno1:2 YY.YY.YY.YYY netmask 255.255.255.255 broadcast YY.YY.YY.YYY
    pre-down /sbin/ifconfig eno1:2 down

    etc.........

After save this file execute: # service networking restart

Now you can add new IP via Plesk Panel: Tools & Settings > IP Addresses > Add IP and can click Re-read IP button without errors.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for sharing the solution!
Hope it will be useful for other Pleskians.
