Symptoms
Unable to run a scheduled task with type "Fetch a URL" at Plesk > Domains > example.com > Scheduled task > Add task. The following error is displayed:
PLESK_ERROR: AuthorizationManager check failed.
CategoryInfo : SecurityError: (:) [], ParentContainsErrorRecordException
FullyQualifiedErrorId : UnauthorizedAccess
Cause
Product issue:

Resolution
Workaround
If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following
As a workaround, change the NTFS permission for the psacln
group to Full control (Allow) on the directories below:
Note: The changes below should be re-applied after each Plesk update. In order to avoid this, permissions can be customized using Disk Security as described in How to customize permissions for Plesk users through Disk Security?
1. Connect into the server via RDP;
2. Right-Click on C:\Program Files\WindowsPowerShell\Modules
> Properties > Security > select psacln > and Edit. Click Allow in Full control > and then OK:
3. Right-Click on C:\Program Files (x86)\WindowsPowerShell\Modules
> Properties > Security > select psacln > and Edit. Click Allow in Full control > and then OK:
