Unable to install the DigiCert SSL extension from the Advisor, the following message is shown:
PLESK_ERROR: Extension symantec is not found
The following line is added at Panel.ini.
blacklist = "symantec"
The extensión DigiCert SSL is blacklisted at Partner Central.
The extension DigiCert SSL (Symantec) is shown at the Advisor although being blacklisted.
This is a Plesk bug with ID EXTADVISOR-764, which is planned to be fixed in future product updates.
Note: Consider subscribing to this article in order to get notified when the fix is released or check for the ID in our changelog.
Currently, there is no workaround is available.
