- Plesk Obsidian is used;
- Plesk interface language is not English;
- Once license uploaded in Tools & Settings > License Management, language is reset into English.
- #PPP-45480 "Uploading a new license key and specifying a non-English locale by setting up the “def_locale” parameter in KAPC now results in Plesk correctly using the specified locale instead of the English locale."

If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following
- Login server via SSH;
- Backup original file:
# mv /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/server/key_upload.php /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/server/key_upload.php.backup
- Upload fix to the server:
# wget https://plesk.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360006257239/key_upload.zip
- Unzip it:
# unzip key_upload.zip
- Replace original file with the patched one:
# mv key_upload.php /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/server/
