After changing the domain name to lowercase, I get this error when applying the change:
This domain name already exists.
The website's domain name like example.com.
Hi Dan Giacopelli we don't have any issues reported similar to that. Could you please open a support ticket with us as described here https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608509-How-to-submit-a-request-to-Plesk-support- so we can take a look?
I got the same error
Hello Mehmet Emin Aydın
The issue should've been fixed for Plesk Obsidian, what Plesk version do you use?
Upgrading from plesk 17 to 18, I received a warning for a subscription with uppercase chars in the domain name and gave this warning when trying to change it.
Hello Mehmet Emin Aydın
As I understand, you have this error displayed when trying to rename the domain.
This issue looks different from the one described here. I would suggest submitting a support request: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608509
