Symptoms

The page SSL/TLS Certificates at Domains > example.com fails to open:
PLESK_INFO: 500 Zend_Db_Table_Exception
A table must have a primary key, but none was found for table 'Orders' -
Let's Encrypt certificate of a domain is not renewed automatically.
Cause
Corrupted database of the SSL It! extension.
Resolution
Reinstall the extension:

Connect to the Plesk server via SSH (Linux) / RDP (Windows Server).

Uninstall the SSL It! extension (on Windows Server, start a command prompt as an Administrator):
# plesk bin extension --uninstall sslit

Install the extension back:
# plesk bin extension --install sslit
In case an error message is displayed on reinstalling the extension, follow steps from this article.

when attempted, if SSL It removal does not proceeds then how to forcefully remove that?
Will plesk bin extension --uninstall sslit -force will do the job of removing the extension?

It should be possible to remove the extension with both ways, the command you mentioned and in Plesk GUI.
You may open a support ticket, so we can check further what is causing the uninstall not to proceed.
