    @Sharul Hafiz

    Please make sure, you have Plesk Obsidian 18.0.20, there are some phpmyadmin improvements in this Plesk version. If it is still not working with the latest update of Plesk Obsidian, I recommend you contacting our support at https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    We run into the same issue as Sharul Hafiz and updated to the latest version. Phpmyadmin is still unavailable. Should we reach out to the support as well? Any help is welcome!

    @Daniel Joos It is not required. Our developers have confirmed a bug in the product. They are working on the fix, for a while please apply the workaround described in the article.

    For myself, Plesk bug after an update yesterday. I couldn't see the username and password credential so to fix this problem, I made a "plesk repair installation" in ssh on centos 7

    After that, I got this phpMyAdmin error but this workaround didn't fix the problem.

    I finally solve my problem with this since /tmp/session seems to have been deleted after update/plesk repair

    mkdir /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/tmp
    mkdir /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/tmp/session
    chmod 777 /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/tmp
    chmod 777 /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/tmp/session
