Symptoms

Migration of domains in a subscription fails with either of the following errors:
PLESK_ERROR: Failed to fix vhost structure for subscription 'example.com'
Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts: Can't create links (logs, statistics or configuration) for subscription 'example.com': [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/www/vhosts/system/subdomain.example.com/logs'.
PLESK_ERROR: MySQL database 'database' does not exist on target. Its content will not be copied.
Resolve the issue with database creation or create database on target panel. Then run migration for the failed subscription once
Cause
Objects are not created for the domains in the subscription
Resolution
Resync the objects of the subscription from the source server

Log into Plesk on the target server

Navigate to Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer Manager > <Migration IP Address>

Click on the re-sync button for the affected domain and select only
re-sync business objects
andre-sync database data (tables, rows, etc)

Click OK

I did that, but I still getting error in the migration.
after resync. how I know that all data are migrated ?

Comparing data size of files and directories with the source server could help to understand if all is migrated.
If you are still receiving the error, then this case may not apply to your specific issue and further investigation would be required. I suggest to open a support ticket with us if necessary.
