WordPress Toolkit via Plesk > WordPress opens a blank page
The following error can be found in browser's console (developers tools, F12):
CONFIG_TEXT: TypeError: Cannot read property 'urls' of undefined
On some subscriptions, WordPress Toolkit can be opened successfully
There are some users (for example users of password protected directories) whose passwords cannot be decrypted into a valid UTF-8 string

If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following
Until a fix is available, reset the passwords for the users under affected subscription.
For example, if WordPress Toolkit cannot be opened for subscription named example.com:
- Log in to Plesk
- Reset the passwords of protected directory users at: Domains > example.com > Password Protected Directories > directory_name
