An email with the empty
FROM: <>
field in the maillog bypassed the DKIM, SPF, DMARC and SpamAssassin checks; -
The similar error message can be found in the
/var/log/maillog
:CONFIG_TEXT: cannot get sender domain
spamassassin[4562]: Unable to intialize spamassassin mail handler
postfix-local[4561]: Error during spam handler
CONFIG_TEXT: cannot get sender domain
mail spf[10907]: Unable to intialize spf mail handler
mail /usr/lib/plesk-9.0/psa-pc-remote[1502]: Error during 'spf' handler
Cause
Product issues:

Consider updating Plesk to Obsidian:

Not really a solution as updating to Obsidian is not currently an option.
Any other suggestions?
Hello Chris, currently update to Obsidian is the only available way to fix the issue.
