Applicable to:
- Plesk for Linux
Symptoms
Migration to Plesk fails with an error like the following:
CONFIG_TEXT: command: su plesk-migrator-wzt0sv4doqtw2mj5 --shell /bin/sh -c 'mkdir -m 755 /home/plesk-migrator-wzt0sv4doqtw2mj5/.ssh && echo '"'"'ssh-rsa AAAAB3NzaC1yc2EAAAADAQABAAABAQCzW6CaeU9clduXL07cxn02UZCqQ7jkRHhdvgfwyowOleTMVtjQoEWse8c8bVd2kZgA4ndf1FwFZopsghoc7KtqKMWP1J1a1Bhpp6dyBicUy2xFYc0hNAmHyZqwipqkE1EpHSm8PgVj75rmT/d0YMobrAGe1XOXVt admin_1@example.com'"'"' > /home/plesk-migrator-wzt0sv4doqtw2mj5/.ssh/authorized_keys && chmod 644 /home/plesk-migrator-wzt0sv4doqtw2mj5/.ssh/authorized_keys'
exit code: 1
stdout:
stderr: mkdir: cannot create directory `/home/plesk-migrator-wzt0sv4doqtw2mj5/.ssh': Disk quota exceeded
Cause
Disk quota is enabled on the source server for Plesk migrator users.
This behavior is also considered as Plesk Migrator bug with ID #PMT-3527, which will be fixed in the future versions of the extension.
Resolution
-
Connect to the server via SSH to the source server.
-
Increase or disable disk quota temporally using the OS documentation.
