    Hello @Arif,

    Please, make sure you have Plesk 17.8 installed with the latest microupdate installed.

    In this case, the upgrade using the above instructions should be available.

    Please, let me know if I got you wrong and you already have Plesk 18.0 with the previous update installed.

    Hello

    Obsidian is RTM at this moment, so that is't accepted as stable. We have to install a few new Plesk servers. Do you suggest to install still Onyx and wait to upgrade till Obsidian is in stable / General Release? Or do you suggest to install Obsidian right away?

    Thank you

    Hello @Kris,

    Generally, I would suggest installing Plesk Onyx and upgrading to Obsidian later to have maximal stability.

    In case there's some functionality that is available in Obsidian only and it's required for you, feel free to install Obsidian right now. In case there will be some minor issues, feel free to contact Plesk support.

    @Arif Calhan,

    As far as I understand, you should have the latest update already installed, during the installation the latest update is intstalled.

    You may execute the command
    # plesk -v

    I'll be able to check the exact version with it.

    @Arif,

    "Build date: 2019/10/02 12:00" means that the latest update is already installed on your server.

    I've compared it with my test installation.

    Also due to change logs (https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/obsidian/change-log/#contents-18-rtm-3) the update was published on the 3rd of October, which is 1 day after the build.
