The following error appears when trying to install a Let's Encrypt certificate for a domain on Plesk server:
PLESK_ERROR: Error: Could not issue a Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for example.com.
The authorization token is not available at http://example.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/Zwwju3SyEh9wiwEbhKSWVd_Y6Q_JhoQVJt94f6b9Mzc. To resolve the issue, make it possible to download the token file from the URL above. See the related Knowledge Base article for details.

The handler mappings are incorrect for domain in IIS.
- Connect to the server via RDP
- Open IIS > Sites > right-click on example.com and remove it:
- Open a CMD as Administrator and run the command below:
C:\> plesk repair web example.com
