- Plesk for Linux
Upon the attempt to create a subscription, the following error is displayed in Plesk:
PLESK_ERROR: New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created due to the errors in configuration templates: Syntax error on line 2 of /var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/conf/vhost_ssl.conf: error: envclause should be in the form env=envar . Detailed error descriptions were sent to you by email. Please resolve the issues and click here to generate broken configuration files once again or here to generate all configuration files.
Incorrect Apache directive is defined in Additional Apache directives, preventing Plesk from generating new configuration files which are required to add a subscription.
Remove the line with the number mentioned in the error message from Domains > example.com > Apache & nginx Settings > Additional directives for HTTPS and apply the changes.
