BIND DNS server installation/upgrade fails after or during a Debian/Ubuntu dist-upgrade:

This is a Plesk bug with ID PPPM-9172, which will be fixed with a future product update.
To workaround the issue perform the following steps:
Connect to the server via SSH.
# dpkg --remove plesk-zone-checker
Restart/upgrade BIND DNS server.
