A website is not accessible with the following message:
PLESK_INFO: Database connection error (1): The MySQL adapter 'mysql' is not available.
Disabled/missing MySQL module in PHP.
Enable MySQL module in PHP:
In Plesk, go to Tools & Settings > PHP Settings and click on a required PHP version.
Find MySQL module
mysqland enable it. Click OK.
Note: In PHP 7.0 and later,
mysqlextension was replaced with
mysqli. According to this PHP documentation page,
mysqlextension is deprecated since PHP 7.0.
- Go to Domains > example.com > PHP Settings and select PHP version from step 2 in the drop-down list. Apply the changes.
