Subscription backup is created with the warning in Subscriptions > example.com > Backup Manager:
PLESK_WARN: The backup was created and can be restored, although some minor issues occurred.
Log available by the link in the warning contains the following messages:
CONFIG_TEXT: Not all the data was backed up into /var/lib/psa/dumps/domains/example.com successfully
Total space: 1044536098816; Available space: 971882299392; Mounted on: /plesk_backups.
For security reasons, backing up is performed on behalf of subscription's system user. This system user has no read access to: /var/www/vhosts/example.com/mongodb/db/<file_name>
There is a docker container in Plesk > Docker > Your Containers with the volume mapped to a subscription/domain directory in container's Settings, for example to
Backup manager has no access rights to the mapped volume.
The mapped volume is created with the ownership required for a docker container. Backup Manager performs actions on behalf of a subscription's system user and cannot access files inside the docker mapped volume.
Such scenario is not supported by Plesk.
