Outgoing mail control is enabled under Plesk > Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings > Switch on limitations on outgoing email messages;
During changing any limit of outgoing mail control on service plan level and applying it under Plesk > Service Plans > service_plan_name > Mail tab, the synchronization is failing, but subscription shows up as being in sync;
- Custom values for Outgoing messages under Plesk > Service Plans > service_plan_name > Mail tab do not apply for the subscription after failed synchronization.
This is a Plesk bug with ID PPPM-8936, which is planned to be fixed in one of the future product updates.
As a workaround, change subscription settings under Plesk> Tools & Settings > Outgoing Mail Control > Subscriptions > example.com in Plesk and then click Change Limit.
