access*log was removed under Plesk > Domains > example.com > File Manager.
Then it was recreated but not being filled with new logs anymore.
The hard-link from
/var/www/vhosts/example.com/logs/ was broken.
When the file is created under File Manager its only created under
/var/www/vhosts/example.com/logs/ missing the hard-link.
Connect to the server via SSH
- Recreate the hard-link running the command below:
# plesk sbin relink-vhost-logs --domain-name example.com --sys-user-login <user_name> --create
Note: The <user_name> can be determined under Plesk > Domain > example.com > Web Hosting Access > Username
