- Plesk for Linux
Information
MagicSpam is not available for installation in Plesk or license purchasing in the Plesk online store since June 2018.
Starting from October 31st, 2020, all MagicSpam licenses purchased via Plesk are canceled. This means that MagicSpam users can still use the extension in Plesk but no longer enjoy the benefits of using an official Plesk extension. That is, for instance, 100% compatibility with Plesk, affordable prices, and most importantly, 24/7 support from the Plesk support team.
For current MagicSpam users, it is strongly recommended to uninstall MagicSpam immediately and replace it with Plesk Email Security. See our blog article for more information.
If support for MagicSpam extension is required, please contact MagicSpam Support.

Hi Guys
Does this mean magicspam are no longer going to develop their plesk extension?
If so that is a real shame as I really liked their product and it worked well for us
Liam
@Liam, thank you for the feedback.
> Does this mean magicspam are no longer going to develop their Plesk extension?
Currently, there are no such plans.
How can i uninstall the extension,? It is not in the catalogue so uninstall is not possible in the ui.
@KLXM,
I have sent you an instruction in the article: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003015213
The MagicSpam authors say the extension is still supported, even though it is not in the Plesk extension store. I would really like to see it return to the Plesk extension store for ease of purchase and installation.
Hello @Bob B,
Thank you for notice, indeed this would be the optimal option for MagicSpam users.
Currently, the partnership between our companies is suspended but there are negotiations to resume it.
There is no ETA for this for now.
I too, fully support maintaining/reestablishing the partnership so that this extension remains available. It is a good extension and does a great job. Its exactly one of the things that Plesk needs to keep, in order to have Plesk maintain its reputation as a top-notch web hosting platform. Losing this is a step backwards.

Hi GravuTrad,
This is the article you're referring to: How to manage Plesk extensions (install, disable, remove, update).
For further questions regarding Magic Spam, please contact the Magic Spam support team.
But Plesk Email Security supports only for Linux Servers not windows.
