On October 19, 2021, we have enabled single-sign-on for our Plesk Support Center to provide a seamless login/account experience. This implies that you’ll be able to use a single account across any of our web-facing properties.
If you had already registered your account at Plesk 360 (formerly known as My Plesk) please use one for login. Otherwise please re-register it using the same email address as your existing Zendesk login (support account). It’s essential that you use the same email address on our support center to ensure that your tickets stay attached to the same account.

    In my case, this basically happens when I try to open the overview page of a subscription (1 domain, 10 subdomains). It happens when using the classic, active, or dynamic list). sw-engine-fpm in these cases generates >99% IO according to iotop, while no other process generates any significant load.

    Hello B Pfleging

    This behavior isn't typical.

    Do you have a possibility to submit a support request for deeper investigation?

    Ivan Postnikov not directly with Plesk (through a reseller only).

    @b_p,

    It's really hard to tell what is causing the performance issue without deep investigation.

    So I'd strongly recommend you either submitting a request to the reseller (they will contact us in case of difficulties) or purchasing a support subscription to get support directly from Plesk Team.
