- osTicket is installed on the server for a specific domain but it doesn’t appear under Domains > example.com > Applications > Manage My Applications.
- The osTicket page works and loads correctly with no errors.
osTicket application was installed manually instead of the using the Plesk Applications installer.
- Log into Plesk.
- Remove the osTicket manual installation (please do a backup of the data first: files and database)
- Install osTicket by going to Domains > example.com > Applications > All available applications. Search for “osTicket” and click Install.
