Custom upload_tmp_dir is specified in domain's PHP settings. To find it out, check phpinfo() page at Domains > example.com > PHP Settings or run the command below:
# grep -ir upload_tmp_dir /var/www/vhosts/system/example.com
/var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/etc/php.ini:upload_tmp_dir = "/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/tmp/"
When uploading files in backend of TYPO3, the following error message appears:
PLESK_INFO: The upload has failed, no uploaded file found! Upload of file failed!
The following error message appears in domain's error logfile /var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/logs/error_log:
