- Plesk Onyx for Linux
- Subscription is locked from syncing with associated Service Plan
- Subscription has Suspended status
- Adjusting Add-on plan with additional resources in Plesk > Subscriptions > example.com > Change plan/add-ons does not apply: after Daily Task execution it remains Suspended
Subscription with Locked cannot be associated with any plans (service plans, their add-ons, and reseller plans)
- Log into Plesk
- Go to Plesk > Subscriptions > example.com > click on Unlock&sync on the right tab menu
- Apply Add-on to increase/adjust resources on the subscription.
- If the subscription is in Suspended status, click on Activate button to un suspend it.
