Under some circumstances, Mail Queue in Plesk does not show email messages of any status.
# postqueue -p
-Queue ID- --Size-- ----Arrival Time---- -Sender/Recipient-------
-- 598 Kbytes in 4 Requests.
This is a Plesk bug with ID PPPM-8765, which is planned to be fixed in future product updates.
Apply the custom fix:
Connect to a Plesk server via SSH.
Download and unzip the custom fix with the command:
# wget -P /root https://plesk.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360007440494/PPPM-8765_mailqueuemng.zip && unzip /root/PPPM-8765_mailqueuemng.zip -d /root
Set correct permissions on the file:
# chmod 750 /root/mailqueuemng
Create a backup file of the original file:
# cp /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailqueuemng /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailqueuemng.orig
Replace the original file with the patched file:
# mv /root/mailqueuemng /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailqueuemng
