On October 19, 2021, we have enabled single-sign-on for our Plesk Support Center to provide a seamless login/account experience. This implies that you’ll be able to use a single account across any of our web-facing properties.
If you had already registered your account at Plesk 360 (formerly known as My Plesk) please use one for login. Otherwise please re-register it using the same email address as your existing Zendesk login (support account). It’s essential that you use the same email address on our support center to ensure that your tickets stay attached to the same account.

    Kuzma Ivanov I am facing the same issue. But on trying to update from cmd I received this warning

    INFO: STEP 3: Checking the availability of Plesk Panel TCP ports...
    INFO: Unable to connect to IP address {my-ip} on Plesk Panel secure HTTPS port 8443: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

    Both ports 8443 and 8880 are already enabled according to following output.

    Hello Zubair Rana you see this warning because of the same reason: update not complete. It should be possible to ignore this warning and just proceed further. Once installation complete Plesk should be back.
