Unable to install a Symantec SSL certificate Domains > *.example.com > Symantec SSL > click Order due to one of the following errors:
PLESK_ERROR: Something went wrong with your order. Please double check configuration parameters. The parameter 'domain' has improper value
PLESK_ERROR: Something went wrong with your order. Please double check configuration parameters. Valid contract not found
The following rows can be found in the
/var/log/plesk/panel.logfile with enabled debug logging:
CONFIG_TEXT: Detail: Error creating new authz :: Invalid character in DNS name

If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following
Until fix is available the following workaround can be used:
Contact Licensing and Purchase support to make a refund.
Purchase a wildcard SSL certificate directly from Symantec and install it using instructions from this article.
