Webmail interface is not loading properly;
In some cases, buttons do nothing in the webmail interface;
In some cases, reply area is a grey area with no text entry ability;
Errors can be found in the browser development console while using MailEnable:
CONFIG_TEXT: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
CONFIG_TEXT: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
Dynamic IP Restrictions option is too low.
Increase or switch of Dynamic IP Restrictions on the server:
Connect to the server via RDP.
Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager > Hostname > IP Address and Domain Restrictions > Edit Dynamic Restriction Settings.
Check out the Deny IP Address based on the number of concurrent requests or increase values.
