Symptoms

The option FPM application served by Apache or FastCGI application served by Apache is not available in the drop-down menu in Plesk in Domains > example.com > PHP Settings > run PHP as.

The issue persists for every chosen PHP version in Domains > example.com > PHP Settings.
Cause
The disabled Proxy Mode option in Domains > example.com > Apache & nginx Settings turns off using Apache. As the result, the option FPM application served by Apache or FastCGI application served by Apache is not displaying.
Resolution

Go to Domains > example.com > Apache & nginx Settings.

Enable the option Proxy Mode and press the OK button.

I follow the steps by the FPM is still not available.
There are only these 2 options available.

This may have a variety of causes.
To check the issue in details, could you submit a request for Plesk support. In case the license was purchased directly form us, the request is to be created to us directly, in case the license was purchased from one of our resellers, contact them:

Log in to Plesk.
Go to Domains > example.com > Apache & nginx Settings.
Enable the option Proxy Mode and press the OK button.
There is no option like this.
