- Plesk Onyx
- A user with IP address 203.0.113.2 or a user on network 203.0.113.2/16 is unable to access webmail.
- IP address 203.0.113.2 had been banned on Fail2Ban in Plesk > Tools & Settings >
IP Address Banning (Fail2Ban) > Banned IP Addresses, but then was placed under Trusted IP Addresses.
There is still a
deny rule in the firewall set for the user's IP address/subnet.
- Log into Plesk
- Go to Plesk > Tools & Settings > Firewall and search the deny rules for the affected IP addresses or for the network e.g. 203.0.113.2/16.
- Click on Modify Plesk Firewall Rules and remove the address or network from the Sources list.
In case if Plesk Firewall feature is disabled, firewall rules should be checked and updated using its native management tools (iptables, firewall-cmd or Windows Firewall feature) in accordance to its documentation.
